Key Qualifications

  • Financial experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Experience with enterprise software systems and databases (i.e, SAP, Essbase, BPC), experience with SQL and Tableau a plus
  • Bring 5-7 years of relevant finance experience
  • Construction and/or real estate finance experience a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong financial modeling skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; attention to detail; consistent analytical and creative thinking
  • Effective written, verbal and presentation skills; with ability to present to all levels within the organization


We are looking for an intellectually curious, self-starter that is highly motivated to support the worldwide organization. You would play an integral part in reporting and analytics as it pertains to corporate facilities, data centers, and green energy spend globally. Primary Responsibilities: - Create and analyze financial reporting for projects to ensure accuracy, insight and cost saving controls - Execute annual budgeting and drive quarterly actuals/forecasting activities - Develop and innovate executive reporting and simplify and streamline existing reporting - Partners with many cross-functional business partners including Corporate FP&A, Finance Management across Apple, Real Estate & Development, Tax and Apple Corporate Shared Service teams around the world - Perform ad hoc analyses as needed

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or Economics MBA a plus
