Key Qualifications

  • 10 to 12+ years marketing experience with a major premium brand.
  • Senior leader in the digital space for a global brand -- either lifestyle or luxury.
  • Extensive cross-platform experience for large scale initiatives.
  • Experience in emerging media, mobile, social media, experiential marketing.
  • Global leader of people and brands.


- Set the complete digital agenda and lead a visionary digital strategy. Inspire talent and consumers through innovation and executional excellence. - Create dynamic visions for digital marketing. This includes campaign, evergreen, social and product marketing. - Create revenue via innovative digital strategies across products, talent, partner and owned platforms. - Move faster than the industry. Unearth new opportunities and partnerships that deliver scale. - Define a compelling end to end consumer journey. Constantly refine it to keep it relevant, effective and at the forefront of digital communications. - Develop a clear project plan. Be the guardian of flawless execution. Set and demand only the highest production standards. - Bring storytelling mastery to all digital communications. Inspire the people to love the product and brand through brilliant content and consumer engagement. - Allocate resources and hold the team accountable to clear KPIs. This includes the on-time, on budget delivery of the plan. - Measure quality and effectiveness. Learn what works and scale it. Learn what doesn't and change it. - Collaborate and co-create with outstanding digital partners. Appoint and direct world-class digital agencies that elevate the team and the work. Education & Experience
