Apple’s Global Business Solutions organization (GBS) supports Apple employees, customers and vendors around the world. We provide guidance and significant solutions to problems that come up on any possible topic daily. We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to support the monthly Corporate Card program, and will work closely with partners, and cardholders to support a best-in-class global organization. This position is based in Austin, TX.

Key Qualifications

  • Sound understanding of the purchase-to-payment process including applications, reconciliations, policy, and auditing
  • Detailed and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform robust business process analysis, recommend and execute solutions
  • Understanding of purchase to pay processes preferred
  • Real passion for business process excellence
  • Ability to recognize issues within processes and organizations, whilst considering functional interdependencies
  • Strong technical skills: Proficient use of data systems, automation tools, and web-based dashboard reporting (SQL, Tableau preferred)
  • Mature, responsible, driven and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Ability to meet deadlines and quickly adjust to changing business priorities and timelines
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience with large ERP systems, preferably SAP

Description

• Drive processes within the Corporate Card program including reporting, improvements in execution, and metrics • Develop and manage appropriate SLAs and metrics • Create scheduled and ad hoc global business review forums with stakeholders • Work with internal customers and business partners to provide data, metrics, and reports • Monitor and maintain adherence to Corporate Card policy and compliance

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • CPA Preferred
