The Global HR Solutions team is looking for a lead content manager to oversee web content development and updates for HRWeb sites globally. In this role, you’ll supervise day-to-day editorial activities and oversee the overall quality of content releases for 45+ countries. You’ll be responsible for scoping new content development projects and the resourcing of content managers/editors. You’ll be an adept project manager and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and global business partners. You can see the big picture but will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for content integrity and user experience, and the ability to work within a CMS. The successful candidate will be high-energy, strategic, proactive, a direct communicator, highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-moving, complex environment.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience and managing content for high traffic websites and leading strategic global projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, organization and implementation skills
  • Experience with content/web management systems required
  • Proven ability to drive specific programs with a track record of measurable success
  • Experience achieving significant results on complex projects in an often ambiguous and fast-changing environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate to diverse audiences, including to senior leadership
  • Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to influence without authority and drive the task while working with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Organized, articulate, and detail-oriented

Description

Coordinate day-to-day content production activities: prioritization, scheduling, resourcing Work with a small team of content managers/editors and supervise contractors as needed Oversee the team’s workload and scope for new content development projects and maintenance requests Communicate effectively with senior management, key stakeholders, an localization team on project strategy, features, scope and progress Monitor overall quality of content releases to ensure content conforms to Apple style guides and consistency across HRWeb and other platforms or communication channels Initiate and develop relationships with key partners and use feedback to improve site quality Oversee internal search engine optimization activities Implements effective processes for content development and quality assurance Educates peers and stakeholders on content strategy

Education & Experience

Prefer: BA/BS degree in relevant field
