Apple Media Design is looking for an exceptional Visual Designer for their App Store Marketing Design team. This is a role for the visual designer, communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies; and who can collaborate well across the team. The Visual Designer loves storytelling, with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and technical production skills. This position will work closely with the Creative Director, creative producers as well as cross functional producers to design, create and maintain Apple’s visual presence on social medias and across marketing efforts for Apple’s App Store.

  • Strong command of visual and communication design principles
  • Proven mastery of Adobe Creative
  • Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and illustration
  • Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization and collaboration skills
  • Authors, shares and merchandises ideas in a cogent and inspiring manner
  • Delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture and design
  • Ability to prototype visual design work in situation
  • A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative / management team—quickly and exquisitely

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, Web design or equivalent

Additional Requirements

  • Your Portfolio Demonstrates:
  • Talent in delivering strong creative ideas across digital, social or static and print media
  • 7+ years relevant design experience; plus for time spent at top design or advertising agencies
  • Clear and concise communication and organization skills
  • Fluency in Apple products services (App Store, Podcasts, iBooks, News etc)
  • Love for the Apple brand and relentless in preserving its authenticity
