Provide analysis and support to the Retail Preservation Leadership team to proactively seeks ways to streamline daily processes and procedures while meeting financial and service level goals. Exhibit great teamwork with a specific focus on the “peer relationships,” “customer focus,” and “comfort around higher management” competencies. Foster innovation with a specific focus on the “creativity” and “action oriented” competencies.
- Experience in analysis, statistics, or research
- Developed organizational and problem solving skills
- Developed communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Must be a “self-starter” who is comfortable working independently
Design and implement analytics and reporting tools to support key decisions on a wide variety of topics including internal product launches, customer experience, and operational performance Quickly outline and build customized analyses for Preservation leadership Perform all aspects of analysis including data acquisition and manipulation, data visualization, documentation, and presentation of results Contribute to the development of tools to improve team efficiency and productivity Develop a deep understanding of fiscal goals and service expectations Communication: Communicate between multiple departments and coordinate internal and external meetings as needed. Prepare periodic service provider report cards. Prepare all ad-hoc reporting to identify actionable trends and outliers. Analyze data to assist Apple and service provider management in improving performance, financial economies and quality. Train new and existing employees on the use of the work order management system, the eApproval purchasing system, and the other key Preservation business systems Make administrative changes to the setup of our work order management system in coordination with the WW Preservation Operations team.
