Apple is looking for an experienced Senior Leader to work on Global Communication initiatives. We are looking for Managers who can thrive in a dynamic workplace where both individual drive and team collaboration are the keys to success. You can bring to bear your experience in Global Voice, Video, and AV infrastructure, as well as motivational leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work with an amazing team. This role includes working in multi-functional teams to define, schedule, track and communicate status of all work taking place within those teams. Facilitating communication between groups is essential to develop new ways of Unified Communication.

Key Qualifications

  • Manage a global team of Voice, Video and AV Engineers covering a variety of platforms and services.
  • Responsible for global strategy on Unified Communication
  • Video Conferencing infrastructure with CUCM, Acano/CMS, TMS and globally deployed video endpoints and WebEx, bridging services
  • Voice Infrastructure, Audio codes Gateways, call center routing
  • Innovation focused technology deployments
  • Global AV infrastructure supporting conference rooms, auditoriums, NOCs
  • Manage system patching/vulnerabilities and ensure platform uptime

You will engage in designing, implementing and operating state-of-the-art end user services that span hardware, software, applications, and support for all of Apple’s enterprise. This position will work closely with the entire Collaboration and Productivity Team to build integrated experiences that work across the whole portfolio of tools. - Understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate any cross functional tasks that are needed. - You should be able to clearly communicate requirements and status at the engineering and executive level. - You should enjoy challenging and innovative projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability is paramount. - This job requires superb communication skills to work cross functionally with other organizations within and outside of Apple.

Education & Experience

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
