Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in customer insights / marketing analytics in a consumer technology / consumer products company or market research firm, preferably in a global role
  • Highly analytical, intellectually curious with proven track record in quantitative and qualitative survey analysis
  • Extremely strong communication, visualization and articulation skills to deliver meaningful insights to shape business decisions
  • Deep expertise with application of a broad range of research techniques
  • Ability to efficiently manage and implement quick-turnaround, high volume of projects
  • A self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment
  • A strong record of academic achievement. Bachelors degree required, graduate degree in statistics/mathematics/economics or market research / marketing analytics preferred

Description

This position is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand Apple’s customers and developing insights to support business decisions. This role will also work on developing ongoing reports of customer behaviors and trends. We’re looking for a candidate who understands innovative and cutting edge research methodologies, is an expert in analytics and data science as well as has extensive experience with translating data into actionable insights and linking it to business issues. The candidate should have a proven track record in analyzing primary research, developing actionable insights and presenting to business stakeholders effectively. This person should also be able to develop research plans, proactively identify business issues to be addressed, synthesize from disparate sources to provide a holistic view of the consumer and market place. Responsibilities: * Partner with senior product researchers to develop a research and analytics program that delivers compelling insights while prioritizing effectively in a fast paced, multi-product environment * Bring innovative mindset and thinking to designing and executing research projects, preparing and presenting reports to executives and business stakeholders * Develop learning plans
