We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join the Operations Finance CapEx team to support a highly visible area in the manufacturing of Apple's innovative products. This senior role requires that you can seamlessly balance operations support and finance responsibilities. You will also provide financial support to various operations VPs and their staff, requiring excellent communication skills, a strong business insight, and will operate fluidly during presentations. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with our operations teams to understand the manufacturing life-cycle. Are you a proven leader who adopts change, offers fresh opinions, and constantly looks for new and improved ways to achieve results? We need someone who works independently with minimal direct supervision while completing a variety of complex and non-standardized tasks in a high-paced environment. A big plus would be for you to have an interest in operations. You will be expected to effectively manage employees with a proven track record of people management.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years finance work experience, demonstrating that you have consistently taken on more
  • Hands-on financial experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, close and analysis
  • Demonstrated analytical, logic and financial modeling capabilities
  • Collaborative and able to build consensus amongst cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Description

Roles and responsibilities for this position include the following: - Capital budget management - review, analysis, roll-up and tracking to actual spend, with constant executive read-outs. - Decision support - support the business teams with various scenario analysis to optimize for the desired outcome. - Forecast & close - support the financial forecast and close processes of capital expenditures end to end. - People management - support, mentor and train a team of analysts. - Special projects - influence and drive the strategy and execution of special projects, operational improvements & systems.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred CPA, CFA, CA or MBA a plus but not required
