The IS&S Payments & Commerce team is seeking an organized, ambitious, and motivated individual with extensive experience in an administrative/executive administrative role.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of administrative/executive administrative experience
  • Experience supporting executive level staff
  • Excellent organization skills and acute attention to detail
  • Self-motivated team player who is able to identify critical issues quickly and navigate priorities
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing large scale events
  • Possesses a "can do" and "whatever it takes" spirit with a calm approach
  • Personable with a good sense of humor

  • Knowledge of Apple hardware and software

Description

You have tremendous interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You're inventive, and take lead on projects and follow through on initiatives. Multi-tasking comes naturally and you have the ability to quickly and expertly navigate multiple high priority requests. You're capable handling confidential information, demonstrating a high level of discretion and tact in sensitive situations. Responsibilities will include - Executive support: calendar management, arranging domestic and international travel, submitting expense reports, and executing projects and responsibilities as needed - Supporting both the high-level and day-to-day needs of the org: space planning, employee development trainings, large facilities projects, etc. - Coordinating on-site and off-site meetings and events - Processing and handling purchase orders and corporate card purchases - Working with the broader administrative team to be a champion for team morale

Education & Experience

A Bachelor's degree, AA or equivalent experience
