Apple Support Online is seeking a highly motivated, ambitious Technical Writer that will be responsible for building conversational quick answers for new and emerging support channels. As a technical writer for the Online Apps & Services team, you'll craft simple, compelling support and learning content to help customers use and love our products. You'll work with key business partners to make sure content is accurate, appropriate, and visually engaging. The result? Amazing content that gives our customers the answer they are looking for, at exactly the right time and in exactly the right way. This position will be located on campus in Cupertino, CA

Description

Responsibilities include: Write copy for iOS app-based user experiences that are engaging, delightful, and easy to understand Write clear, simple responses that speak to customers in their own language Collaborate with content strategists to analyze underperforming dialog responses and present ideas to improve them Collaborate with product managers, designers and other experts to draft conversational support experiences that lead to successful issue resolution Develop ideas that are surprising and fresh, yet unmistakably Apple Bring your love of words and language, along with a real passion for style, grammar, tone, and voice, to everything you do

Education & Experience

Bachelor's in technical communication, writing/composition, or similar field Masters Degree in technical communication preferred Minimum 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or, 2+ years with a Masters Degree Apple is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
