In this role, you will assist various DRIs and partners to create and lead the activity plan, personnel, work, dependencies, and outcome of projects, reporting on risks, dependencies, and budget, while looking ahead to identify upcoming issues and find collaborative solutions that meet the program objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years experience managing complex projects
  • Understanding of project management within Apple
  • Experience in leading cross functional initiatives

  • Able to accommodate various time zones to support international business stakeholders and project teams
  • Domestic and international travel may be required


Handle the day-to-day aspects of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities and business interests. Be firmly in the weeds with your partners - establish relationships and get to know their goals, objectives, and other commitments. Identify resources needed and assign individual/team responsibilities. Drive decisions, critical issues, and conflict resolution with neutral, approachable, data-driven communications.
