Apple's Education Marketing team is looking for a passionate marketer who loves technology and believes in the impact Apple products can have on changing how higher education institutions and university students work, innovate and learn. This worldwide Manager role will be a highly creative marketer who has responsibilities for creating marketing programs, channel and customer content and designing moments and content to support both product and sales efforts. Programs should be designed to focus on building awareness, inspiring and educating decision-makers and leaders about the benefits and power of Apple products in higher education, both for institutions as well as for students. All programs and content need to be built for scale across various routes to market and countries. You will be responsible for building deliverables for markets across the globe and ensuring that programs and content reflect Apple’s higher education strategy and vision. This includes developing a coordinated program for university students and helping to scale our Connected Campus program across channels and international markets. Success will require close collaboration with Product Marketing, Marcom, PR, Retail and Sales to prioritize messaging, program and channel emphasis. You will help set strategic direction and drive tactical execution of marketing programs and channel campaigns to support Apple's efforts in higher education across the globe. Key components of the role include: - Create visual and engaging content that can be delivered across mediums to support Apple’s strategic vision across higher education. - Work with the broader higher education team to build out compelling messaging for how institutions can incorporate app development to support workforce readiness / career readiness. - Actively help scale our Connected Campus institutional messaging and go to market approach across priority international geos, including establishing lighthouse accounts, aligning top solution providers to the strategic pillars, and amplifying key stories. - Establish and track standard methodologies and findings for scaling content across diverse go to market models. - Collaborate with Marcom to establish and expand our higher education web presence across both institutions and students. - Cascade student messaging through worldwide channels, including working with a broader cross-functional team to develop a scalable approach to providing key assets to channel partners. - Work with Apple Retail to integrate our higher education messaging and strategy into relevant higher education programs, campaigns and promotions such as back to school. - Interact with senior leaders in Marketing, Sales, Marcom, PR and Retail to gain alignment and consensus on program priorities, narratives and deliverables. - Track overall customer momentum in higher education across strategic focus areas.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA or other professional degree a plus
