Apple’s Communications Team is looking for an experienced Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style. Must be extraordinarily well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, and take initiative.

Description

Provide full administrative support to team leadership Ability to manage cross-functional meetings with heavy calendaring Organize and maintain complex travel schedules, domestic and international Facilitate meetings in person, video conference, WebEx and teleconference Proactively manage team support, ranging from printer management, office supplies, AOU ordering, catering, resource calendars and more Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures Partner with the team for planning & executing key Events on and off Campus Experienced in eApproval, extensive PO submissions and expense reports Work regularly within File-Maker to help maintain budgets Manage facilities and team needs in multiple different buildings Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information Ability to excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically Experience with on-boarding new employees Efficient in Apple hardware and software Knowledge of how to address IT matters quickly and easily Work with the broader administrative team, to be a leader in team morale

Education & Experience

BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience
