Our team is responsible for identifying, leading and implementing commercial strategies to help drive Apple Retail towards growing ownership, sales and profitability. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in contributing to the performance and success of the global Apple Retail business and Apple branded products from the perspectives of operations and analytics. Key Qualifications

  • To be successful, you will need:
  • 3+ years experience in finance, product merchandising or corporate operations, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Electronics industries
  • The ability to be an enthusiastic, self-starter with extraordinary analytical and confirmed problem-solving skills
  • Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to execute tactically with precision
  • High proficiency in building and utilizing spreadsheets such as Numbers or Excel
  • Real passion for analyzing data, drawing conclusions and developing and presenting go-forward recommendations to others
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing team environment
  • Finely honed partnership skills to effectively maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and actively seek out answers to questions and solutions to challenges
  • Proficiency in presenting recommendations and plans to senior leaders
  • Experience working with key players in the Telecommunications industry preferred
  • Knowledge of the carrier space preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills will be critical


In this role, you will: • Lead flawless product launch operations in collaboration with cross-functional, worldwide teams who are aligned with business and team goals • Perform analysis of product, program and promotion performance to identify commercial opportunities by market in a global environment • Utilize in-house systems and tools to input critical data with precision • Execute the process for all product, program and service pricing activities, including carrier operations, across multiple markets • Serve as the point of contact for our carrier partners to ensure successful carrier operations in our channel • Manage systems projects to improve and enhance the Retail customer experience globally Apple is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity. Education & Experience

BS required; MBA preferred
