As an Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Strategic partner, you will develop a strategy in partnership with the business To identify processes to drive I&D leadership development, talent, learning and recruiting strategies into the business and region. The role will lead standard methodology activities across the different functions and identify accountability for measuring impact and accountability of key initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Track record of building effective business partnerships in a consultative model.
  • Effective implementation of talent initiatives, tools and processes. Specific I&D experience preferred.
  • Expertise in People disciplines; leadership development, executive mentorship, global I&D/HR, training & development and measurement and accountability expertise.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and run multiple projects.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and prioritize of the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills. Facilitation skills preferred.
  • Project management skills preferred.

Description

You will assess and develop an I&D strategy for the region specific to the talent, culture and business. You will establish relationships & demonstrate COE I&D and People (Talent & leadership solutions, I&D analytics, Recruiting, L&D) Groups to ensure consistency and the best solutions You will understand the business model across the variety of teams and work to identify measurable solutions for leadership You will partner with business leaders and People Business Partners to help identify I&D areas of focus and growth for diverse talent (recruiting, assignments, development) You will implement I&D learning and development solutions to unusual leadership and business needs Be responsible to assess I&D point solutions for leaders and develop customized plans of action You lead with Diversity Network Association (DNA) leader on DNA engagement and lead key I&D events rare to region Key Competencies: Strategic and social agility, understanding of I&D research, leadership development and talent management, integrity and trust, talent assessment, business insight, looking after ambiguity, influence and change management skills, supporting and motivation others, global acumen, customer focus, command skills and managerial courage, strong executive presence and communication and presentation skills.

Education & Experience
