Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in program, system, or project administration, ideally within the recruiting or recruiting coordination functions, and in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
  • A natural dedication to help others in a system support capacity
  • Excellent problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them
  • Ability to craft concise written technical resources that will support users of different experience levels
  • Demonstrable track record of providing top-notch service in an internal and/or external support role
  • Experience driving projects toward deadlines and continuously identifying process or system improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion, and the desire to efficiently meet the demands of multiple internal/external partners
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
  • Proven ability to collect and interpret large amounts of data and use the information to affect change
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of initiative
  • Skilled at effectively managing and prioritizing critical issues or business critical situations
  • CRM experience is a plus


The Program Coordinator provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Apple’s digital employment offer and on boarding system by utilizing a ticketing system to field incoming inquiries from both partners and external candidates to resolve problems quickly and raise issues when needed. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will help influence the overall direction, changes, and enhancements to the global offer/on boarding program through tracking, reporting, and system testing. The role will also include training and offering guidance to internal users during new enhancement releases or program changes. Exceptional communication, combined with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize quickly, are all vital to the success of the program. Responsibilities may include: - Becoming a subject matter expert in the digital offer and on boarding system and program to provide high-quality support to our business partners and candidates - Regularly collecting data and generating leadership reports - Demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize tasks based on fluid and constant changes - Creating quick reference guides, FAQ’s and other written materials to actively address common system or business process concerns - Liaising in a team environment and partnering with diverse teams across multiple Apple locations - Using a variety of internal and external software applications with the ability to learn new tools quickly - Coordinating with other teams to quickly resolve complex domestic & international issues - Working closely with a trusted vendor and holding them accountable to deliverables and timelines

Education & Experience

Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
