The Global Payroll Processing Team is seeking a part-time Analyst to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive off cycle payments for the US, Canada & Mexico. This part-time position is based on site in Austin, Texas.

Key Qualifications

  • Must be able to work on site, M-F, and 25-29 hours a week (the is a part-time position)
  • Overall understanding of payroll and post payroll process flows from the point of data capture through gross to net calculation to include processing or analyzing complex payments, processing non-cash fringe benefits/awards and related gross up, garnishments and tax withholding calculations
  • Motivated self-starter who works well individually and in teams
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet, process mapping, and word processing tools
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and successfully influence without authority
  • Proven track record of learning new systems and processes quickly, adapting to change and identifying issue trends
  • Experience developing and/or redesigning processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Previous experience working with an integrated systems environment, such as SAP and ADP required
  • Experience with ADP Global View or SAP Payroll preferred


- Meets all payroll deadlines for daily off cycle payment processing for the US, Canada and Mexico - Provides high quality customer service to both internal and external groups - Analyzes and explains all components of off cycle payments - Ensures all documentation is properly authorized and supported according to company policies, procedures, regulatory practices and legal requirements - Performs reconciliations and detailed audits to ensure accurate processing - Solves day-to-day operational problems of varied scope and complexity - Assists other payroll analysts when needed - Identifies and reports system issues to the relevant teams for RCA and long-term fix

Education & Experience

Qualifications are generally met by someone who has a technical Bachelor’s degree.
