Key Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the software development process
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • You exhibit a deeply curious mindset about new ideas
  • Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together
  • Good understanding of at least one programming language
  • Collaboration: You are able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities
  • Experience using analytics to make engineering and program decisions highly desired
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • 5+ years experience as a technical software Project or Program Manager
  • Experience project managing complex, multi-functional projects


In this role you’ll partner with engineers and managers from our Software Engineering Performance team to define, schedule, and track the team's work and also do the same for our many cross-functional initiatives. You’ll be the central hub bringing together different teams from Software and Hardware engineering, among other teams, all in the name of a great performance experience across all our operating systems. You’ll join a strong team of Project Managers that includes individuals supporting our Performance and Battery Life efforts across all our platforms, that be able to learn from and partner with them to drive our efforts forward.

Education & Experience

BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent
