You are a creative thinker, you love to understand the ins and outs of an implementation, and you enjoy finding winning resolutions. You have a high level of integrity and sense of urgency to “make things happen”. You can balance the needs of multiple teams and maintain a strong sense of empathy for your partners. Description

- Leading the business-side efforts required to expand the services business internationally - Owning the requirements capturing for new features and partner launches - Developing an in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur - Supporting day-to-day operational requests from internal and external partners - Partnering with finance and reporting teams to improve and grow existing capabilities - Transitioning manual processes to automated and scalable ones

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree required

  • 10% international travel as needed
