We offer advice and develop innovative solutions to challenging problems that come up all around the world. We are currently seeking a Sr. Process Improvement Analyst in Austin, TX.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP SD/FI modules as well as FSCM Collection, disputes, cash, posting and credit
  • Background in finance, computer science, mathematics or similar quantitative field with a minimum of 10 years professional experience
  • High level knowledge of GAAP, SOx, general ledger, finance and accounting processes
  • History of driving process improvement, system automation and world class reporting
  • Understanding of statistics: distributions, testing and modeling
  • Database development and administration, scripting language (Python preferred) and data visualization experience using Tableau
  • Advanced Excel User: VBA experience required
  • Ability to juggle many key initiatives at the same time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extraordinary organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate other individuals
  • Ability to deliver timely and accurate work product in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, work independently, be a self-starter
  • Experience with SAP preferred


• With the Order-to-Cash and Americas regional teams, drive process improvements, systems enhancements, financial models, operational benchmarks, detailed reporting and analytical packages • Drive operational, financial, and system continuity and consistency • Interact with different levels of management and communicate effectively in ambiguous situations • Develop creative end to end solutions to solve complex business problems ranging from reporting and analytical packages to predictive models • Drive system automation, process improvements, operational metrics and reporting • Build and maintain cross-geography relationships and support new geography expansion • Manage time sensitive tasks and deliverables, and take a proactive approach to ensure deadlines are consistently met • Partner with Information Systems & Technology, Order-to-Cash, various Finance & Project Management groups to ensure that processes are sustainable, scalable, and produce accurate results • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, including, but not limited to, geo-expansion, SOX documentation, standardization of processes across regions, systems, complex calculations, etc.

Education & Experience

• BBA, BA or BS in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or other quantitative discipline • MBA preferred
