  • 5+ years relevant management experience
  • Mac OS X or iPhone development experience

Description

• Manage and develop the team, utilizing skills of the team while maintaining an outstanding developer experience • Manage policies and procedures, and conducting quality audits of support • Assist in the development of tools and reports to analyze and manage the business, including workflow optimizations, workforce management, and volume predictions • Mentor and inspire team to deliver innovative ideas, strong performance, and high quality • Determine staffing requirements, interview and hire new employees

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
