You will be responsible for technical operations and engineering support at a high-volume repair site. You will partner with AppleCare and Operations engineering teams to set up and drive sustaining performance at a Repair Center, supporting a world-class customer experience. You have a consistent record of managing or supporting a fast-paced service or production operation. You have experience driving both strategic and tactical initiatives while providing status to peers, executive management and 3rd party relationships. Able to effectively interact across multiple levels in the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Exceptional focus on the customer experience
  • 3-5 years of engineering experience in high volume manufacturing environment
  • OEM management in a technical capacity
  • CQE or equivalent experience in quality management
  • Experience implementing closed-loop quality feedback systems, statistical process control and lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a data-driven and results oriented manner
  • Experience auditing compliance to assure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations
  • Experience with creating and approving change orders associated with procedures, BOM and service part changes
  • Strong analytical data driven capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solution focused work ethic with a high degree of flexibility supporting projects of varying complexity and priority
  • Working knowledge of Agile, SAP and shop floor systems knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10%)


- Lead all site technical process performance and KPIs, including test, inspection, quality, and repair processes. - Investigate and resolve Site technical issues, from identification to root cause. - Manage DOE cycles and development builds, repair line and process qualification - Maintain globally consistent processes including line, equipment, headcount, process, quality and material plans. - Implement and validate process changes for quality improvement. - Support investigation and resolution of escalations

Education & Experience

BS/MS in engineering discipline (manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical preferred)
