The Recruiting Coordination Manager oversees day-to-day recruiting coordination and the offer generation process with the Coordination Services team. You will partner closely with recruiting leaders and cross-functional teams involved in the onboarding process. You will rely on your influencing, collaboration and team building expertise to drive coordination efforts. This role is located on our campus in Austin, Texas.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of people management and experience developing a team
  • 4+ years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Ability to collaborate and influence key business partners with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Superior analytical skills and the ability to approach problems flexibly and creatively
  • Expertise in effectively balancing workflow between team members, ensuring the needs of various business partners are being met
  • Project management experience with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and deliverables
  • Demonstrable track record of driving process improvements and an unmatched desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly capable of exercising tact and discretion
  • Initiative to effectively meet the demands of multiple and sometimes conflicting internal customers
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
  • Unrivaled attention to detail and consistent delivery of the highest quality of work
  • Skilled at effectively handling and prioritizing critical issues or business critical situations

Description

In this role, you will manage a team of coordinators supporting recruiters across multiple lines of business. You have the opportunity to help redefine how we approach coordination and other on boarding tasks, transforming not just the process but the entire experience. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Build a robust team by identifying and hiring top talent - Manage and develop the team of recruiting coordinators, providing career development and mentorship - Refine and redesign the recruitment coordination process and procedures as necessary - Ensure integrity of data across applicant tracking systems utilized by coordinators - Build and maintain a solid relationship with internal business partners - Collaborate with partners to identify and resolve potential gaps - Constantly strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of coordinator processes - Act as a point of contact for Recruiting/HR managers regarding coordination issues - Participate in special projects in support of the Coordination Services team

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree.
