We are seeking an extraordinary, customer service oriented, self motivated, experienced person(s) to work as a Security Supervisor within Apple Retail Stores as part of the Apple Retail Loss Prevention team. The Security Supervisor manages the retail security teams, daily operations and functions in assigned areas, including post reviews, employee inspections, emergency response, daily activity reports and special projects. Security Supervisors may also have the responsibility of leading all security logistics, administrative scheduling, and security staff training.

Description

•Minimum four years related safety/security or concierge level customer service experience •Supervise a staff of Security Specialists to provide 24/7 security coverage •Train, coach, and mentor Security Specialists •Conduct verbal and written performance evaluations in partnership with the Loss Prevention Manager for all Security Specialists •Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls-for-service through radio dispatch, phone, and email •Respond in a timely manner to emergent events, issues, staffing deficiencies and other management requests •Monitor and maintain up to date and accurate timekeeping systems, records, and coordinate administrative scheduling •Ensure personnel are provided with necessary equipment and equipment is accounted for •You will provide direction to employees in the field and utilize proper judgment to solve problems. •Lead all aspects of Loss Prevention uniform needs, including sourcing processes, apparel, purchase orders, etc. •Build strong relationships with Retail Leadership and work in partnership to resolve any security related issues •Other duties, as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Additional Requirements

  • Possess and maintain State of California Guard Card, a valid California Driver License and a safe driving record
