AppleCare Contact Center Operations iFleet team is looking for a motivated, energetic, technically skilled resource to assist in shipping, receiving, inventory control, asset management of Apple owned equipment and engineer JAMF Pro to deploy images, software, patches, and report inventory for AppleCares Mac population. The AppleCare Contact Center Operation iFleet lead is responsible for handling a variety items including: Ensuring the equipment database is current and up to-date with locations, status, assigned to, as well as site. Inventory control and data entry. This role will include engineering for all aspects and features of JAMF Pro as well as day to day asset management. Create and maintain technical documentation related JAMF and asset management. You will have very strong work ethic, strong analytical skills, solid technical skills with both Mac OS X and Mac hardware, a great ability to lead a variety of simultaneous job duties and excellent communications skills as well as excellent Excel, JAMF and MySQL skills. Independence and out of the box thinking will be a key factor that will ensure your success in this position. This position is based onsite in Austin, TX.

Key Qualifications

  • Three to five years of proven experience in asset management.
  • Able to develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Develop a professional relationship with internal suppliers and technical representatives throughout Apple
  • 3+ years of experience in all aspects of JAMF Casper Suite
  • Success in designing and engineering for large implementations of JAMF Pro in a multi-location environment
  • Familiarity with Apple Device Enrollment Program
  • Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) or Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) certification
  • Certified Casper Administrator (CCA) or Certified Casper Expert (CCE) certification
  • 3+ years experience with MySQL a plus
  • 3+ years experience with ASTMS/Maximo
  • Broad-minded, with scrupulous attention to detail and technically proficient in OS X and Mac hardware
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Attentive to details with a desire for end-to-end ownership of deliverables
  • Flexible in directional changes; ability to support multiple projects while maintaining day-to-day business support
  • You are able to lift 70 lbs
  • Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to apply in everyday situations

The AppleCare Contact Center Operations iFleet Lead is responsible for the following activities: Scope, implement and maintain JAMF profiles in line with security requirements Maintain JAMF Server hardware and database Assist in regular equipment inventories for the contact center Maintain up to-date inventory report monthly Assign equipment in the equipment database Sort flagged (Important Holds/Needed Hardware Testing) from non-flagged systems Fulfill equipment tickets for Advisors

Education & Experience
