The Creative Services team works as part of the global Apple Media Design team and are largely responsible for the growth and maintenance of strategic partnerships with vendors, design & production agencies as well as extensive financial and budget management. The Apple Media Design team is a world-class design team supporting the product and content design across media verticals (e.g., apps, music, podcasts, and news). We are looking for a Creative Services Lead in order to continue to grow the roster of partners, manage existing relationships and effectively partner with creative and production teams to ensure consistent world-class design solutions. This person enjoys the opportunity found in challenges and helps others see around corners to find solutions that align to key business objectives. This person believes in the spirit of creativity and seeks to facilitate innovation and foster an environment of inspiration. The Creative Services Lead should be able to work with the design and production teams to craft a brief, identify the right partner for execution, and smooth any bumps in the process whether it be connecting with business affairs, legal, corporate procurement or finance. This position is a relationship expert and will act as a liaison between the department's senior creative leaders, business teams and external partners.

Description

This position you will support and provide guidance to senior leaders and/or Creative Directors as well as work collaboratively with other departments across Apple. You'll partner with creative leadership to field and prioritize requests as well as develop strategy and tone for the team. You'll be managing multiple resources and design requests, showing flexibility and problem solving abilities; the ability to adjust and prioritize due to last minute changes from conflicting requests; coordination with executive schedules and shifts in project priorities; and ensuring that projects ladder up to larger department and Apple strategies. Coordination and facilitation of key team meeting with internal leadership teams across Apple as well as with external business partners.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree in communications, business or a related field

Additional Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated work experience at a design, ad, or digital agency or at a technology company doing original content creation
  • Fluent in the creative and design lifecycle, workflow, and project management
  • Experience in working with teams across multiple (and international) locations a plus
