Apple’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization supports tens of thousands of Apple employees, customers and vendors on just about every topic under the sun. We offer advice and develop innovative solutions to challenging problems that come up all around the world. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager in Austin, TX. In this position you will manage the day-to-day operations of a team responsible for collections, order release and credit monitoring for business customers as well as process improvements and business expansion projects.

  • 10 years of relevant experience


• Develop, motivate and coach a team of direct reports while ensuring that approved and appropriate processes and procedures are followed • Ensure company finance policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements are followed and drive strong controls environment to ensure compliance with SOX • Drive innovation and process improvements • Represent the A/R department in cross functional projects, user acceptance testing, reporting, auditing and global process improvement initiatives • Track account transactions and resolution of issues. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners • Continue team’s strong track record of achieving collection metrics

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field • CPA or MBA, a plus
