The People Records Team is looking for an innovative HR Records Specialist to thrive as a strategic partner in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Key Qualifications

  • 1+ years related experience; demonstrated Human Resources experience, and where possible experience of HR Records/Compliance experience
  • Experience working with HRIS required
  • Mature, responsible, driven and works well independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience handling and managing confidential data
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team oriented and collaborative environment

Description

As the HR Records Specialist you will be responsible for personnel file creation and maintenance. Duties include new hire paperwork collection and verification, data entry and document scanning into the HR Information System. You will engage with Recruiting Coordinators, business managers and employees in resolving any discrepancies in data or paperwork. This person will be working with information from multiple countries and various levels within the organization. Responsibilities also include reviewing, evaluating, and implementing methods for process improvement. You will assist with resolving HR Records issues from other HR organizations and help in the design, execution, and resolution of employee file and electronic data audits. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ability to implement creative solutions to complex data and file usage problems. - Establish expertise and build on partnerships as well as provide clear guidance to those partners. - Expert management of records retention, compliance, and management practices - Manage and analyze employment data and ensure accurate, compliant action - Take ambiguous guidance, apply known rules, ask questions, and create clear, documented end results EXPERIENCE ON THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE: - Mac OS systems experience - Enterprise HR systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) - Knowledge management systems experience - Using data and information to influence process improvement and change

Education & Experience

Undergraduate Degree preferred.
