Beats by Dre is seeking an experienced digital commerce professional with a track record of optimizing and enhancing digital sales channels. You will be responsible for managing NPI, evergreen and campaign programming in conjunction with our digital commerce channel partners globally. You will work alongside our channel partners to analyze customer behavior and engagement to unlock insights used to inform digital commerce strategies. This role will be responsible for establishing and implementing commerce strategies that are scalable and sustainable, but bespoke and tailored on a per partner basis when appropriate. You will be a cross-functional liaison working across channel, digital and brand marketing. The ideal candidate should have a track record of establishing clear program/project objectives and making data driven decisions. This individual must be adept at relationship and account management.
- 10+ years of digital commerce / e-commerce experience, preferably with lifestyle brands.
- Strategic planning and budgeting experience, a requirement.
- Deep understanding of digital commerce optimization strategies and tactics.
- Having hands-on experience with growing online sales is a must.
- Deep understanding of digital commerce operating procedures and principals, which will be key when interfacing with partner side eCommerce teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics best practices related to Digital Commerce.
- Ability to own and methodically plan for the delivery of go-to-market campaigns and programs on our partner sites.
- Ability to size and prioritize opportunities.
- Dedicated and highly adaptive with the ability to quickly solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing international B2C businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to organize workload throughout the day to meet project timelines and deadlines.
Own the day-to-day management and development of the Beats business on our digital channel partner sites globally. Focus on optimizing the end-to-end user experience across landing pages, PDPs, category pages and on-site search with the goal of driving awareness and conversion on digital commerce channels. Maintain a view of the holistic user experience related to the Beats brand on a partner-by-partner basis. Establish structured and cadenced communication with digital partner channel counterparts Champion process to receive structured data from partners to inform digital marketing strategies, budgets and content optimization. Budget and optimize spend & effort across available marketing channels (i.e. on-platform advertising, SEM, affiliate, social, etc.) to maximize ROI/ROAS and achieve brand awareness, sales and profitability goals. Keep internal stakeholders apprised of digital channel information that could make their teams and deliverables more effective in market. Establish process to manage and track initiatives, budgets and opportunities at the partner level with the ability to generate a rolled up view to monitor overall health of the Digital Channel Commerce program. Lead planning sessions with channel, internal and agency partners to align on retail page updates Establish process to audit and optimize on-site search results on our digital channel partner sites. Partner with internal and agency teams responsible for delivering assets / content used in channel to ensure we’re not applying a “one-size fits all” methodology. Drive all functions and agency partners to develop effective experiences and content specific to individual partner sites. Lead development of all Digital Channel Commerce specific briefs. Oversee the development of cadenced (i.e. QBR) as well as campaign specific recaps for the Digital Channel Commerce program Handle agency partners (Media, Creative, Analytics) specific to the Digital Commerce program. Develop and manage budgets on a quarterly and annual basis. Establish process and standard methodologies for the department. Distill and surface consumer insights uncovered as part of Digital Commerce optimization efforts.
