Apple is looking for a world-class Engineering Program Manager to join the Display team and play a key part in driving the development and deployment of next-generation display technologies.

Key Qualifications

  • BS EE/CS/CE degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Preferred:
  • MS EE/CS/CE degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LCD/OLED design and process
  • Knowledge of Silicon/Semiconductor design and process
  • Experience in consumer/portable products
  • Experience working with offshore suppliers and manufacturers
  • A working understanding of high volume manufacturing processes
  • Strong critical thinking, communication and presentation skills with demonstrated leadership in dynamic, high-paced environments


Display EE EPMs must be excellent and effective organizers and leaders driving internal cross-functional engagements and activities, along with managing external suppliers. A successful candidate will help set strategy, execute on schedule and be responsible for managing/communicating status and issues along the way. This position demands technical strengths in many areas, including optical, mechanical, electrical, SW/FW and manufacturing. This position requires EE/CS/CE background or experience to deal with fast paced technical issues and development. Major responsibilities: Define project plans and schedules. Drive project execution. Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in engineering and validation activities Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication Strong presentation and communication skills required Understand and communicate complex, technical/engineering issues Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly, efficiently and effectively Manage development budgets and engineering builds

Education & Experience

BS EE/CS/CE degree or equivalent MS preferred
