We’re looking for an experienced technical writer to make our content look and sound outstanding. As a technical writer for Apple's Special Projects Group (SPG), you'll craft simple, compelling support and learning articles to help customers use and love our products. You'll work with key business partners to make sure content is accurate, appropriate, and visually engaging. The result? Amazing content that gives our customers the answer they are looking for, at exactly the right time and in exactly the right way.

Key Qualifications

  • - Experience documenting content surrounding technology and operational procedures
  • Experience gathering feedback and working with subject matter authorities
  • Experience documenting and building out content in online databases
  • Proficiency in writing, editing and grammar
  • Some familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Some familiarity with Learning Management Systems

Description

This role will include writing manuals, documentation and training curriculum for Apple internal tools and specific roles relevant to the program. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating current internal written material. You will work closely with other team members within the Learning and Development team to manage the Learning Management System and monitor metrics and reporting. You will have the interpersonal skills to identify, build relationships and interview subject matter authorities. Education & Experience

Bachelor's in technical communication, writing/composition, or similar field Master's degree in technical communication preferred Minimum 5+ years of related experience
