Description

The User Studies Facilitator will recruit and schedule study participants, execute study protocols, conduct interviews and organize surveys focused on identifying product specifications, human performance and perception metrics and product validation in the Hardware organization. Responsibilities: - Recruit and schedule study participants - Facilitate individual to large group study sessions - Administer screener, consent forms and study protocol - Manage and maintain study documents and electronic data - Attention to detail to setup and manage study equipment - Manage and maintain hardware prototypes - Create moderator script and optimize moderator flow through study activities - Setup and maintain study environment - Contribute to study setup preparations - Collaborate multi-functionally with design, engineering and product development groups

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree with concentration in human factors, industrial engineering, cognitive engineering, experimental psychology and/or human-computer interaction or equivalent experience in behavioral sciences or consumer product usability evaluation.
