Description

The Apple Latin America Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization is seeking a high-energy, ambitious and people-focused leader to manage the delivery of technology solutions in the region, being primarily responsible for maintaining high quality and productive technology environments across Apple offices and operations in Latin America. This role’s primary accountabilities revolve around initiatives related to the: Management/coordination of telecommunications services investments across the company’s operations and The delivery of videoconference, audio/visual and related technologies that facilitate collaboration across the region. You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of these technologies and services in accordance with established regional and global policies and procedures. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, voice/data services, video conferencing, conference room and entertainment industry audio/video solutions. Maintaining tight-knit collaboration with regional partners and vendors to ensure alignment is critical to this role. Single Point of Contact for all IS&T Purchase to Pay related activities in region, including processing purchase requisitions, posting goods receipts, ensuring spend is within budget, and working with Accounts Payable to resolve vendor queries and issues. Ensure compliance with Apple Finance Policies and handle quarterly Open Purchase Order Reviews, Goods Received Audits and Signature Level Authorities. Maintain segregation of duties and ensure financial controls are in place and also .rovide spending updates to Budget Owners with the understanding of program execution and propose actions to be taken Drive the delivery of videoconference, audio/visual and related technology solutions for new and existing Apple locations and collaborate with IS&T peers and business partners to deliver effective technology solutions. Ensure Audio Visual (AV) integration vendors understand the standards and deliver solutions in accordance to the requirements and own the activities of AV integration vendors on projects including proposal review and approval. You will partner with other Apple teams to ensure AV solutions align with security and networking standards and collaborate with support teams and lead operational issues to bring up them. Occasional travel required (30%) as part of the activities.

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree Experience in accounting, finance or equivalent preferred. Languages: English, Spanish and/or Portuguese desired. General experience with IT industry terminology and telecommunications technologies will be a plus.
