Description

Are you an experienced problem-solver, with excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills? Are you a team player and do you learn quickly? If so, then you might be the right person for the Delivery Execution Management Specialist position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to customer facing teams when exceptions occur in Apple's delivery process. You will identify trends and process improvement opportunities within your daily workflow. You must be able to convey information accurately and effectively to cross-functional partners within Logistics, Sales Support, Apple Accounts Receivables, Finance, as well as external partners. You should be able to work autonomously in handling daily workload for assigned channels and worklists as well as collaborate with partner teams to resolve complex customer issues. Support includes, but is not limited to, analyzing shipping documentation, data entry, providing status updates, problem solving, billing inquiries and resolution, returns and exchanges, and shipment tracking. The role entails a high volume of outbound and inbound customer contact to resolve issues and identify and implement process improvements. It also involves a high level of interdepartmental interaction within Apple. Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business, Logistics and/or Analytics discipline preferred
