The Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) Team at Apple is a broad organization creating and delivering applications and services across Apple, which directly impact the customer experience. The IS&T Finance Team provides high-quality financial support relating to Software Development, Data Center and Network Services, and internal IT infrastructure. Apple Information Security (AIS) organization protects Apple's digital information in transit and at rest. AIS collaborates with teams across Apple, including Product Security, Business Conduct, Human Resources and Global Security to guarantee Apple's business information is secured. IS&T, led by Apple’s CIO, and AIS, led by Apple’s VP of Information Security, are part of Apple G&A. Both the CIO and VP of Information Security report directly to Apple’s CFO. Our team is looking for a senior financial analyst to join this dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will provide day-to-day finance support for IS&T Engineering Solutions and AIS organizations as well as business partnering and looking for efficiencies. The value you will bring to our team is the ability to understand a broad spectrum of information and business drivers, distill this information down to what matters, and effectively communicate the financial impact. The ability to establish processes, multi-task and deal with change and ambiguity are vital in this role.

  • 5+ years of experience.


Own and play a key role in the continued development of OPEX & OCOGS financial planning and analysis processes by partnering with other IS&T Financial analysts, IT business leaders and other key cross-functional managers. Provide in depth support to implement new or enhanced processes and or tool to drive efficiencies across the IS&T and AIS Finance organizations. Own delivering the annual plan, monthly forecast cycles and quarterly close for OPEX/OCOGS and in support of the CAPEX Plan. Understand key drivers affecting the above processes and anticipate effects on our processes, deliverables and results. Create financial reports and work with management to define and track key performance and operational metrics, as well as, other key analysis to facilitate executive decision-making. Become a subject matter expert on the tools associated with our deliverables, and provide support/training to IS&T Finance. Create strong business partnerships across our IS&T and AIS Finance Team, “customers of IS&T and AIS”, Corporate Finance and our several other cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience
