You will be responsible for the coordination and administration of a variety of IS&T Training offerings throughout the Americas region. Ensuring that all classes are properly coordinated with the global IS&T Training teams and accurately entered in to the global class registration system. Will create and own all training reporting for class attendance and trends relating to the training environment. Deriving insights and making suggestions to improve the educational programs across Apple.

  • Ability to work on assignments of moderate difficultly, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations

  • Proficiency in Apple software such as Keynote & Numbers

  • Discerning and critical thinking to work through ambiguity and challenges
  • LMS (Learning management Systems) experience, SABA LMS a plus

Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES COMPLETED INCLUDE: - Provide the Trainers support across AMR region including but not limited to Austin, Culver City, Elk Grove, and multiple Field Site Offices - Build partnerships with business units and align to assess their needs for customized workgroup training sessions and evangelize training curriculum and processes - Partners with IS&T Communications & Documentation to ensure the Training classes are marketed and communicated as clearly and effectively as possible - Evaluate new and upcoming administrative software; follow predefined test scripts and provides feedback to the global team - File, track and follow up on bug reports (Radars) to ensure that bugs are accurately reported and remedied - This person must communicate clearly and foster strong relationships and build trust across internal teams

Education & Experience

- Bachelors preferred - Minimum 3 years experience in related field - LMS and specifically SABA LMS experience a plus

  • - Travel up to 30%
  • - Work hours can vary to accommodate for time zones globally, typically 8am - 5pm CT
