A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our Talent Mobility Relocation team. In this role, you will act as a global program designer responsible for composing, maintaining, and refreshing Apple’s global relocation framework in collaboration with the regional mobility teams. You will ensure that all frameworks are built on data and market intel and are always documented, audit ready, functional, and accurately reflect Talent Mobility’s strategic and market completive approaches. You will also be responsible for on the ground relocation needs and collaborate deeply with all mobility cross functional teams (immigration, tax, etc.) and various key partners to ensure a quality people and business experience. You will thrive in a dynamic, challenging environment and be someone who is looked at to bringing your broad expertise to the table

Key Qualifications

  • Collaborative with cross-function teams
  • Ability to design high-quality documents that are the clear, concise and accurate
  • Successful track record partnering with all levels of partners within the mobility team as well as business partners (HR, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Ability to approach relocation with an innovative lens that strategically supports business development and growth whilst maintaining compliance
  • Experience in adapting policies to the geopolitical and cultural variations of doing business and deploying people globally
  • Proven ability managing and analyzing large quantities of data, from multiple sources in different formats, including reconciliation of data integrity
  • Expert working in multi-tiered global/talent mobility programs with deep experience in compliance, policy creation and process improvement
  • Experience managing 3rd party providers to scale in mobility execution for our relocating people
  • Competency in core professional skills including: attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-though, flexibility, and managing confidential information appropriately and professionally
  • Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong business presentation skills

Description

We are looking for a dedicated, resourceful and driven Human Resources professional with extensive relocation and analytical experience to join a premier, worldwide team of mobility experts. Specific responsibilities and requirements of this role include: Communication: Ability to exchange information as well as present ideas, report facts and other information in a strategic, clear, and concise manner by ensuring comms that are broad and/or smaller in nature depending on the various circumstances. Strategic Partner: Understand various business line nuances in order to partner with mobility cross-functional teams, advising on appropriate data and market intel that take into account short, mid and long term impact for Apple’s business and people both regionally and globally. Collaborate with the cross-function teams to develop or update and implement the relocation frameworks and programs for the Talent Mobility team Project Management: Develop, scope, lead and drive framework refreshes and new program documentation as needed and ensuring constant and broad comms across all channels and partners. Internal and external relationship management: Develop, foster and grow professional and consultative relationships at all levels and across all functions. Critical thinking: Able to assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and provide innovative, flexible solutions to complex and unique problems and comm them in a digestible and executive summary way for various levels of leadership and management.

Education & Experience

Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent is required
