The AMP Moderation group is seeking a dedicated analyst to help ensure integrity for the App Store discovery features. We are looking for someone able to demonstrate their analytic skills and ability to work with data in various environments and formats.

Key Qualifications

  • Results-oriented, persistent, and meticulous.
  • Adept at handling a variety of responsibilities and high volume of information.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Background in fraud investigations.
  • Additional language skills a plus.
  • Experience with SQL / Python a plus.
  • Basic iOS app development experience a huge plus.


The AMP Moderation group works alongside multiple cross-functional teams to evaluate and take action on signs of abuse related to our ecosystem. You are integral to the worldwide customer experience of App Store. Able to provide valuable insights, to execute investigations with short-term and long term workable solutions, to drive conversations with data analysis, and to affect operational processes and product direction. - Analyzing data for the purposes of risk mitigation using multiple internal tools. - Consistently exercising good judgement to identify potential problems and provide solutions. - Collaborate with teams on using metrics to drive insights, to show trends and to track deliverables. - Participating in and / or leading projects to improve tools and features. - Crafting and updating documentation for policy and processes. - The position requires strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and creativity in solving problems. You will work with minimal supervision while leading multiple initiatives.
