Key Qualifications

  • - Project manage the development and deployment of training for worldwide audiences
  • - Work closely with key stakeholders on training requirements and progress
  • - Manage project deliverables and timelines
  • - Demonstrated ability to lead concurrent and cross-functional training projects
  • - Experience with developing and launching Web based training
  • - Strong knowledge of web-based instructional products and tools
  • - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • - Ability to build relationships within all levels of the organization
  • - Develop and maintain the project schedule and change controls
  • - Participate in and lead the development of scenario-based training
  • - Project manage stakeholder and vendor milestones and progress
  • - Hands on experience with Learning Management Systems
  • - Partner closely with Learning Management System Coordinator and localization vendor
  • - Identify project risks and gaps
  • - Assist in driving User Acceptance Testing
  • - Facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc project meetings
  • - Provide program support to our learner communities
  • - Monitor and responding to learner inquiries
  • - Enable completions for learners who experience difficulties
  • - Sound judgment, strong social & organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • - Training scenario and script development skills are a plus
  • - Compliance experience
  • - Broad Project Management experience
  • - Working knowledge of Mac OS X
  • - Experience with Project Management tools


Apple is seeking a Business Conduct Training Manager to join our legal team. In this role, you will have responsibility for project managing the development and deployment of Apple’s Business Conduct and Compliance training deliverables and related infrastructure projects. We are looking for a candidate who can provide the right mix of business insight, project management skills, and innovation to deliver employee compliance training to the enterprise. You must possess excellent communication skills to be able to effectively interact with subject matter experts at all levels in the organization.
