Apple's Business Conduct and Global Compliance group is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Communications/Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is exceptional at developing and managing internal communications campaigns, ensuring quality, global integration and relevance of all materials. You have experience working in a creative or agency environment. You are a high-energy, proactive, highly organized and able to thrive in a dynamic, complex environment. Clear and concise communication is a requirement.

Key Qualifications

  • Eight years or more of experience in marketing project management
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable positive impact on the business
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, flexibility, to adaptability, and the ability to focus and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Creative thinking with a talent for championing and gaining support for new ideas and approaches
  • Ability to analyze and communicate results to leaders
  • Excellence at managing deadlines and working effectively with executives and cross-functional teams under strict deadlines
  • Solid understanding of the creative development process
  • Superior organization and execution skills
  • Persuasive speaking, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Account, vendor, and/or project management experience at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, playing multiple roles as needed
  • Proactive, can-do attitude

Description

You will develop communication and marketing plans to optimize internal communications. Clearly and consistently articulate messaging across various platforms. Work cross functionally to deliver assets that will help drive traffic to various communications platforms. Build and ensure alignment of communications/marketing project plans and timelines across Apple. Strive for continuous improvement by meeting with internal partners and teams to assess results and identify how communication plans can improve. Ensure processes are in place to achieve results. Continually push boundaries, leverage new channels and techniques, and identify effective strategies to accomplish business goals. Manage creative vendors and contractors.

Education & Experience

BA/BA or equivalent
