As part of the Campus Network Operations Team, you will be responsible for the delivery, operations, and automation of the network infrastructure in the Bay Area which supports Data, Voice, and Video across 100+ buildings including the new Apple Park Campus. You will demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills while working with various business units, IS&T organizations, and their peers to deliver, standardize, automate, and maintain the network infrastructure in addition to working with Engineering and Architecture. ****This position can be based in Denver, CO/Elk Grove, CA/Austin, TX******

Key Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years experience in Routing & Switching
  • Strong knowledge of BGP, Vxlan, OSPF, IPv4/IPv6 and Wired Technologies
  • Experience in Wireless Technologies, Firewall Technologies and monitoring tools (commercial or otherwise)
  • Strong Linux skills (and/or FreeBSD)
  • Back-End Development with knowledge of Go(Golang), Node.js, Python, Ansible
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills along with a professional demeanor
  • Demonstrable ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and run multiple projects
  • Ability to work under stress and handle difficult situations
  • Ability to form relationships, work independently, and debate respectively


Own the Security of Network infrastructure in Both the Austin Campus and San Francisco Bay Area which numbers over 100+ buildings including Apple Park in Cupertino. Work closely with both Architecture & Engineering in the development of networking standards to meet the business needs. Ensure Operational Perfection across our infrastructure. Work towards standard templates and automation tasks, ensure project documentation is complete, shared, and updated on a periodic basis. Mentoring and coaching, you will work well with many other group’s, internal teams to lead and deliver premier products in an exciting dynamic environment. Participate in on-call (7 x 24) support rotation with other members of the team

Education & Experience

BS degree or equivalent experience
