The Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and rollout of recruitment marketing campaigns and candidate experience programs that support the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Corporate Function lines of business at Apple. Focused on supporting the AMR business teams, this manager will also be a key driver and influencer for global recruiting campaigns liaising with regional recruiting teams. The purpose of the role is to craft and implement recruitment marketing campaigns in order to target and build Apple’s employer brand awareness, increase candidate engagement, and drive candidates to apply to our career opportunities. Responsible for marketing strategy and go-to-market plans to support key strategic and high priority hiring demands of the teams. Campaign planning and management includes capturing requirements around business needs and audience insights, developing media and creative plans with agencies, and working alongside internal partners across the recruiting/hiring teams, Marcom, Corp Comm, and People leadership to get necessary approvals, as well as following up on campaign results/optimizations.

Key Qualifications

  • Candidate should have experience developing and communicating employer brand / recruitment marketing plans and programs
  • You have a strategic marketing mind for integrated marketing plans focused on addressing business hiring needs
  • Experience in digital media advertising and channel marketing partner promotion experience
  • You have knowledge of all aspects of the recruiting life cycle
  • You have the ability to balance working in a creatively driven organization with an analytical and well-adapted approach to marketing, and an ability to present solutions in a simple, understandable way to colleagues
  • You have extraordinary organization and execution skills
  • You have superlative written, verbal and presentation skills
  • You are innovative and creative thinker, with can-do attitude and eye for detail
  • You bring a validated ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence, and get results throughout an organization at all levels
  • You are able to provide clear direction for others to understand easily
  • 5 + years of project management in direct response marketing with recruitment marketing experience preferred

Description

Develop and run employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies and candidate experience initiatives Act as the single point of contact for recruitment marketing, leading plans, deliverables and production, closing with post project debriefs and wrap-ups as appropriate Develop deep local market knowledge across the region to understand the talent and recruiting landscape, recruiting events, and corporate recruiting experience Recommend and run key recruiting media channel partners (including major job boards) and our investments with them, for maximum return on investment Understand and clearly communicate business priorities; define needs, challenges and timelines in quality marketing briefs Meet marketing objectives and execute deliverables within timelines and on budget Lead and review candidate-facing and employee-facing materials to ensure items are on brand Provide tracking, analysis, and insight to produce future successful marketing programs, reassure evolution, and improve efficiency Ensure processes are in place to achieve fastest time to market for campaigns, delivering effective, high-quality communications that support the Apple brand Build strong, reciprocal relationships with cross-functional teams and media agencies to ensure alignment with global and local strategic initiatives, clear communication, precise integration and timely execution of employment marketing program deliverables Recommend and develop new initiatives to support new program launches, support and evolve existing programs, sustain momentum of programs, and further the Apple candidate experience, while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Provide leadership in driving strategic change and execution throughout the organization, identifying potential opportunities for growth Balance multiple priorities and partners, constantly communicating status updates

Education & Experience

BA in Marketing, Business or related field is helpful
