The Apple Services Marketing team is looking for a driven Production Design Manager with a relentless work ethic, extensive print production design knowledge, digital design knowledge and excellent project management skills. This is a management role for an effortless communicator who can build a team to deliver at Apple quality but at the speed demanded by our service portfolio.

Key Qualifications

  • You'll have proven experience managing a high volume of tasks concurrently
  • 10-15 years experience leading multiple production artists
  • Experienced in print production methods for large OOH campaign deliveries
  • Experienced in delivering design for digital formats
  • Detail orientated, and great teammate with unmatched organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible and process driven-but able to adapt to rapid change in a dynamic deadline-driven environment

Description

- Develop a high performance team of full time and freelance production design resources that are able to deliver against print, digital and keynote design asks - Brief and lead creative and production resources to ensure timely project completion - Partner with the Creative Production Manager to establish process between the conceptual design and production design teams - Work closely with marketing, business and channel teams to develop detailed plans for delivery of production design jobs - Evaluate the pipeline of work during status meetings to figure out how much production design resource is required to handle all of the projects on hand - Develop project plans, and communicate timelines and project status to key partners - Evaluate, develop and refine the process to ensure maximum efficiency - Measure performance and output and continuously look for ways to drive quality

Education & Experience

Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent work experience preferred
