SAP CRM Ecommerce Functional Analyst is a position within the corporate Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) SAP team and this position will be key to our B2B E-commerce application space. You are self-directed and motivated with strong SAP CRM E-commerce (aka ISA/Web-Channel) business process and configuration experience. In this position you will be required to have both business process skills as well as technical leadership skills, to be able to design and implement secure, scalable and sustainable solutions. It also requires you to have the ability to create process flows, functional specifications and work with both onsite and offshore resources to build and test solutions, solve problems and resolve issues under pressure to meet timelines and present solutions to multiple levels of management. As the Functional Analyst you will be partnering with business to drive transactional e-Commerce experiences between Apple and Business Customers worldwide and identify opportunities and execute initiatives that drives success on the B2B Web Platform. Key Qualifications

  • Eight plus years of experience with SAP CRM B2B Internet Sales Application (ISA)
  • Five plus complete life-cycle implementations of SAP CRM B2B Internet Sales Application in a functional lead capacity
  • Two plus implementations on SAP CRM 7.0 for a global, multinational corporation involving multi-currency and multi-language
  • In-depth technical knowledge of SAP CRM Internet Sales Application (ISA) as well as supporting business processes
  • Extensive configuration experience with SAP CRM B2B Internet Sales Application (ISA)
  • Experience in extending and modifying SAP CRM ISA B2B Web Channel application and customizing of SAP CRM
  • Experience in Web Application design, development of high available, and heavy traffic web applications
  • Experience in load testing and security of Web applications
  • Experience in handling localization and translation
  • Excellent knowledge in Product catalog, TREX integration, Web content management system and integration with third party package solutions
  • SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management, and Pricing configuration experience
  • Ability to stay focused and prioritize a heavy workload while achieving extraordinary quality

Description

Extensive experience in implementation and maintenance of SAP CRM E-commerce applications, good analytical skills and team leadership abilities are required. Responsibilities include review of business requirements, evolve solutions, engaging business throughout the solution development and provide technical leadership and advice as needed. As the SAP CRM E-Commerce Functional Analyst, you will work in a heavily cross- functional environment involving multiple organizations within Apple IS&T to sustain existing application platform and to lead new initiatives in the e-Commerce space. The role will require strong influence and persuasion skills along with excellent configuration and development skills in order to seamlessly integrate SAP CRM and front end solutions.

Education & Experience

MS/BS in Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience
