Join the Apple Corporate Communications & Events Finance organization and be a key member of the team that produces global events for Apple. The Corporate Communications & Events Finance team is seeking a Budget Coordinator to oversee and be responsible for ensuring that all 3rd Party vendor purchase orders and payments are managed from inception to close. This position is based in Cupertino.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a Corporate environment

Description

Perform the role of Authorized Requestor, managing the Purchase to Pay (P2P) Process for the Corporate Communications & Events organization Act as liaison between our Apple business partners, Procurement, Finance and Global Shared Services teams on all aspects of the P2P process Run the purchase order life cycle including process and/or review purchase requisitions, coordinate management and finance review/approvals, facilitate invoice receipt and processing, post goods receipts to ensure timely payment, troubleshoot issues as required Provide support and training to business partners on the P2P process, finance policies, and general procurement topics Support management, business partners and Finance team through various financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities Be responsible for the monthly budget analysis, communicating forecasts, GR/accruals, and POs reconciliation with key stakeholders Maintain Events FileMaker database, spend trackers and accrual lists

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Finance related field
