As the Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll help provide our Maps organization with important insights to better understand the results of their efforts. You and your team will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Design, and the wider Apple ecosystem to build business plans and analysis reports for the competitive landscape, the team’s contribution value, product performance, and international opportunities, among other things.

Description

Work closely with Maps leadership, as well as other key Maps partners to drive business analysis and performance with regular interval reporting Work across the larger Apple organization to capture information to help formulate planning and go-to-market analysis and understand Maps contribution value Build product feature analysis, customer engagement reports, and product feature heat maps Build future usage and performance target plans, as well as customer segmentation analysis Work closely with the Apple Marketing team to value marketing effort performance, as well as conduct focus groups and surveys Build and maintain a complete series of competitive product reports by region and country

Education & Experience

BA/BS or equivalent
