Apple Internet Services Payments team is seeking a talented Program Management professional. You will be an integral part of the team, working with corporate and regional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience and system implementations. This role is focused on China, with the primary function to ensure that we build solutions that are relevant to China local markets and secure to Apple’s security standards.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience in Finance/Payment related projects
  • Deliver complex, multi-million dollar, global solutions
  • Self starter with the ability to navigate through a highly dynamic and cross functional environment
  • Leadership and vision in leading communication through all levels of the organization, committed to project goals
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to identify the best possible outcome for the program
  • Structured/Analytical thinker, ability to simplify and present complex problems and issues in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to function effectively in the context of ambiguity
  • Strong social skills that respect, motivate and inspire confidence among project teams
  • Committed to understanding technical matters outside own area of expertise
  • An understanding of financial transaction processing systems
  • Nice to haves include: read/write Mandarin and a background in finance


- You will lead business teams on new idea discovery from inception, due diligence, to business requirements - Bring together business requirements in partnership with internal teams (Finance, Tax, Legal, Business Operations, other iTunes and Apple internal) and business partners - You will develop detail requirements in a clear and actionable way to support business and system needs - Brainstorm approaches and solutions with Apple teams cross functionally for a scalable and extensible outcome - You will champion the overall business activities of projects; project timeframe, guideline, scope, budget, change control, ensuring proper documentation and communications - Keep teams and partners current through effective written and verbal communication - Identify process/system improvements - Review contract-details with the appropriate teams to ensure all contractual requirements are covered in the business requirements documents, and in the implementations

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in relevant field. Master degree preferred
