Key Qualifications

As an Onsite Medical Specialist, you'll be responsible for strategically handling the day-to-day operations of a multi-disciplinary onsite clinic. In this role, you will partner with the Wellness Center Manager and other Apple-internal groups like onsite providers and vendors. As part of the Wellness team, you’ll help Apple employees feel valued by delivering high quality, convenient, purposeful programs. You'll build an understanding of what “Wellness” truly means to Apple employees and implement innovative programs as the employee population grows in size and diversity. You are a mission-driven, enthusiastic team player with the creativity to develop and handle Wellness programs. We’re looking for an energetic Onsite Medical Specialist that is passionate about making healthcare intuitive, visible, and effective. In this role, you will be a key contributor towards delivering an amazing user experience by creating and supporting innovative healthcare delivery. Roles & responsibilities Assist in the day to day operations of Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley. Lead ancillary providers in the Wellness Center (e.g. acupuncture, chiropractic), assist in recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding, as well as schedule management and tracking/ordering of supplies. Support onsite counseling staff. Customer service: review survey feedback on a weekly basis and follow up as needed. Facility operations: routine walk throughs with janitorial to ensure facilities are in good order. Financial management: review and pay invoices; open purchase requisitions; assist in budget planning, forecasting, and accruals. Education & Experience

B.Sc. in exercise science, physiology, kinesiology, population health or a related field.
