Apple is seeking an entrepreneurial person to help grow the Apple iCloud business, a service that is integral to the Apple customer experience. This individual will be responsible for working with both internal and external constituents around the globe to define and implement programs that will accelerate customer growth for this already large and rapidly growing subscription service.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years business development, strategy, or operations experience
  • Ability to develop and define strategies and programs that are win-win-win for Apple, its partners, and its customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams that manage key partner relationships for Apple to craft programs that add value to the Apple/partner relationship
  • Experience driving global business growth required
  • Strong commitment to the customer experience, putting the Apple user experience first and foremost in all customer communications
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfort with both leading and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure the best outcome for Apple and its customers
  • Ability to articulate the iCloud value proposition and its position within the Apple user experience to a wide range of constituents both internally and externally
  • Entrepreneurial, comfortable assuming a range of roles, and managing and working with a virtual team
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organization skills

Description

- Work with Apple’s international sales teams, internal channels (e.g., partners, Apple.com) and external channel partners to define and implement programs that grow iCloud subscribers, revenues, and contribution - Identify barriers to international adoption of iCloud services; develop and implement programs to address such barriers - Assume accountability for subscriber growth and revenue objectives - Develop strategies to acquire customers based on a deep understanding of partner needs and motivations - Lead and support cross-functional and often virtual teams to implement programs - Manage multiple simultaneous projects to on-time delivery

Education & Experience

BA/BS required; MBA preferred
